Exchange or Refund Policy – Dreamer Spells

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Standard T-Shirts: Customers may request an exchange within 72 hours of delivery. Exchange on exclusive category items cannot be issued, considering the timeline and production related to certain events.

  • Custom T-Shirts: Exchanges are not allowed for custom T-Shirts.

2. Condition of Exchange Items

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

  • Not be an exclusive category item.

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Have all original tags, packaging, and purchase bill.

  • Should be requested for return within the eligible 72-hour time frame.

3. No Refunds or Returns

  • We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.

  • Items are eligible only for exchange as per the conditions stated above.

4. Exchange Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for bearing the exchange shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

5. Non-Exclusions

  • Exchanges apply to all products, including sale and discounted items.

6. How to Request an Exchange

Customers can request an exchange through the “Exchange Request” option available in their account section or by contacting us via email.
Once your request is received, we will provide exchange instructions.
